What we collect, and why

When you make an enquiry or a booking we collect what is needed to deliver the service: your name, email address, phone number, flight details, travel dates, the airport and service requested, and the number of passengers and pieces of luggage. We use it only to quote for, arrange and deliver the service you asked for, and to contact you about that booking.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Card details are handled by those providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

Who else sees it

Bookings are received into our email inbox and our CRM system. To deliver the service at the airport, the details needed to meet you — typically your name, flight and timing — are shared with the local handling partner at that airport. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as the service requires and then for as long as tax and accounting obligations require, after which they are deleted. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to certain uses. Write to booking@mailuaa.com. We respond to requests within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

At the time of writing this site runs no analytics and sets no analytics cookies. If analytics is added, this section must be updated before it goes live, and EU and UK visitors need a consent mechanism for any non-essential cookie.
